USI am using the T65 gummies to aid with sleep. If I am able to get to sleep quickly, I get quality sleep. However, I can't say that they actually help me get to sleep. I am still experimenting to see what works best. I do like how the CBD and other non-THC ingredients seem to mellow out the THC. A good quality product.
