Take one dropper (about 1ml) or another desired serving size and drop oil under the tongue for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. You can take with or without food but, for optimal use, this product is intended to be taken as is; meaning it is not ideal to mix into food or drink.
About our Ingredients
Our organic MCT oil is ideal for blending our USDA organic hemp extract. MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) molecules are much smaller than most fat molecules and are thus easier to absorb into our bloodstream. USEvaluating a Lower Dose
I started using the Full Spectrum Natural Tincture a few months ago and took one dropper full twice a day. I had great results - I felt more relaxed and happy than I had felt for months. I recently reduced my dosage to one dropper per day and I am still getting good results, but not quite the same. I'm going to try tinkering with the dosage to see what gives me great results and still saves some money, since this is an expensive product.
