The Best CBD Fruit Smoothies Recipes

CBD infused smoothies are an exceptional way to cut the time out of cooking while enjoying all the benefits of a healthy meal. CBD infused smoothies are quick and easy to make, and affordable as well.

How to Make CBD Smoothies

Coconuts and Oats CBD Smoothie


  • 0.5 gram CBD Isolate
  • 1 tsp Coconut MCT Oil (OR)
  • CBD Oil Tincture of Choice

The Smoothie

  • 1 sliced Banana (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 1 cup Raspberries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 3 tbsp Rolled Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (Organic)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Local Raw Honey
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup Ice


If using CBD isolate – See instructions in notes on how to infuse CBD isolate. Infuse your CBD before you begin making your smoothie.

If using CBD oil tincture – If your CBD oil has an MCT oil base it will infuse easily with most recipes. Simply drop the desired amount of CBD oil in with the rest of the ingredients as instructed.

The Smoothie

Add the sliced banana, raspberries, oatmeal, coconut milk, coconut flakes, and ice to the blender

Blend well

Add in honey, cinnamon, coconut water, and CBD

Blend until smooth

Garnish with Hemp Hearts and additional coconut flakes as desired


How do you Infuse CBD with your Smoothies?

There are two ways to infuse your post-workout recovery smoothies with CBD.

  1. CBD Isolate. Many people wonder how to use CBD isolate. Infusing food and drinks is one fun way to use CBD isolate. Pure CBD isolate is 99% pure CBD and is perfect for making your own CBD products. To make a CBD infused fruit smoothie with CBD isolate you’ll have to infuse it with a carrier oil. We recommend using unrefined coconut MCT oil for CBD infused smoothies.

  2. CBD oil. Using CBD oil is super easy! Most CBD oil tinctures on the market utilize coconut MCT oil as a base and are ready to mix with just about any food or drink. Simply drop the desired amount of CBD oil in with your smoothie ingredients and blend well.
