Pineapple Mango CBD Infused Smoothie
Enjoy the benefits of CBD infused in a delicious tropical fruit smoothie.
- Either Desired Dose CBD Oil Tincture (OR)
- 1 tbsp Coconut MCT Oil (Unrefined)
- 1 gram CBD Isolate
- 3 Bananas
- 1 Pineapple (Sliced)
- 3 Mangos (Sliced)
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 cup Coconut Water (Add more as desired)
- Coconut meat (optional – for additional coconut flavor)
- 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
Add coconut water to your blender as a base
Add sliced bananas, mangos, pineapple, and CBD to the blender
Mix in ice and blend until smooth
Add coconut meat as desired for extra creaminess and flavor
Add any leftover fruit slices to adjust flavor to preference – blend well.
Garnish with hemp hearts or hemp seeds for an additional power boost!
There are two ways you can go about prepping your CBD for this recipe.
If you’re using CBD isolate: Use the double boiling method to infuse CBD isolate with MCT oil. Dose as desired. We used 1 full gram of CBD isolate with 1 tablespoon of unrefined coconut MCT oil for this recipe.

Feel free to swap our coconut MCT oil for a carrier oil of your preference. Avocado oil, olive oil, hemp oil, and almond oil are all carrier oils that would work as well.
