CBD Infused Tropical Dragon Fruit Smoothie
The best CBD infused tropical dragon fruit smoothie recipe you’ll find! This CBD infused smoothie is packed with anti-oxidants and other plant-based benefits. The perfect smoothie recipe for summer.
- 1 CBD Oil Tincture of your choice (OR)
- 1/2 gram Pure CBD Isolate
- 1 tsp Coconut MCT Oil
Dragon Fruit Smoothie
- 2 cups Dragon Fruit (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups Pineapple (cubed)
- 1 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Mango (cubed)
- 1 Lime (for juice)
- 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
1. If using CBD Oil Tincture: Add the desired amount of CBD oil with the rest of the ingredients and follow instructions below.
2. If using CBD Isolate: Use the Double Boiling Method described below to infused CBD Isolate with MCT oil. Once infused, add CBD infused MCT Oil to the rest of the ingredients and follow instructions below.
Dragon Fruit Smoothie
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth
Squeeze in extra lime juice as needed. Additional coconut water may also be added.
Garnish with Hemp Hearts and Mint as desired.

Half of the point of meal prepping is learning to become cost-effective with your food. The same can be said about using CBD isolate instead of buying pre-formulated CBD products.
Pure CBD isolate powder allows you to take complete control over the dose and the ingredients used in whatever you’re making. You won’t have to worry about reading the label, or waiting for a CBD sale because cooking with pure CBD isolate powder makes meal prepping with CBD a breeze.
How to Use CBD Isolate for Cooking
The trick to infusing CBD isolate powder with a carrier oil is mastering the double boiling method. The double boiling method is a heat control technique used in cooking that allows you to alter substances like chocolate at low heat. As we mentioned about you’ll need to be careful not to expose your CBD to high temperatures. You can buy a double boiler or simply use the DIY home method. The DIY method involves using two pots. One larger pot which you will fill partially with water. You’ll also need a second smaller pot that will sit inside the larger pot WITHOUT touching the water. You’ll want the second pot to sit inside the larger pot a couple of inches above the water so that when the water boils, it doesn’t make your CBD too hot. Bring the water in the larger pot to a low boil. Add 1-2 teaspoons of your chosen carrier oil to the top pot. Once your base oil is inside the smaller pot, you’ll add the desired amount of CBD isolate to the oil. Mix the CBD isolate powder into the carrier oil until the oil is clear, and the pure CBD isolate powder is no longer visible. You now have a CBD infused carrier oil ready to cook with.
